This is probably my first post as well as the first post of the board. My name's Alberto and I'm from Wisconsin. I have been hearing a lot of good things about Sardinia and the MySardinia site even opened my eyes on what I can do there.

I recently saw a video of Anthony Bourdain visiting the homeland of his wife which happens to be Sardinia.

The Sardinian bread is a true masterpiece and the Pane Carasau is a real masterpiece of cooking techniques.

Pane Carasau + Sardinia sausage and Vermentino what else can you ask?

I should really try that bread... where can i buy that? is there a particular bake shop or restaurant??
